SCOTIABANK MINOR MIDGET TERRIERS WIN THE ROCHESTER FALL CLASSIC
On the 03-05 October 2014, the Scotiabank Minor Midget Terriers travelled to Rochester New York to play in the Rochester Fall Classic hockey tournament.  The Terriers took home first place winning 5 straight games.



On the 03-05 October 2014, the Scotiabank Minor Midget Terriers travelled to Rochester New York to play in the Rochester Fall Classic hockey tournament.  The Terriers took home first place winning 5 straight games.

On Friday night the Terriers took on the Leitrim Hawks winning by a score of 4-2.  Goal scorers were Derik Hamilton, Ben Peacock, Will Skalosky and Kyle Fischer assited by Ashtyn Vernon (2), Luke Charlebois & Kyle Goodman.

On Saturday the Terriers defeated the Wheatfield Blades 7-0.  Pointgetters were Luke Charlebois (2g, 1a), Kyle Fischer (1g, 1a), Thomas Zwiers (1g, 1a), Ashtyn Vernon (1g), Ben Peacock (1g), Marc McCreary (1g).  Derik Hamilton & Kyle Goodman each with an assist.

Saturday night, the Terriers took a 6-1 win over the Osgoode Romans.  Chris Wilks (2g), Derik Hamilton (1g, 1a), Will Skalosky (1g), Walker Hunter (1g), Keegan Short (1g), Kyle Fischer (1a) & Marc McCreary (1a).

Sunday morning the Terriers faced Onondaga Thunder in semi finals where they fought to a 6-5 overtime win to move them on to the finals.  Scoring for the Terriers were Ben Peacock (1g, 1a), Thomas Zwiers (1g, 1a), Derik Hamilton (1g, 1a), Will Skalosky (1g, 1a), Luke Charlebois (1g), Kyle Fischer (1g), Kyle Goodman (1a) & Ashtyn Vernon (1a)

The final match was against the Credit Valley Wolves.  In a close match the Terriers came up ahead 3-2.  Goal scorers were Kyle Fischer, Marc McCreary & Thomas Zwiers.  Assist went to Luke Charlebois & Will Skalosky.

The team was supported with great goaltending by Julia Borrelli & Carter Barlow.
