Orillia Terriers Novice A still going strong
On Saturday the Moonstone Mechanical Novice A Terriers found themselves going into the third period behind the East Gwillenbury Eagles 0-2. But the determined Terriers team did not give up, with strong defensive play by Brock McKay, Jackson Long, Jack North and Tyson Campbell the Terriers were able to keep it in enemy territory for much of the period.  Midway through the third, Preston Tryon capitalized on a pass out front from Craig Scott. With minutes left in the third Scott found the back of the net to tie the game, 2-2. Assists in the game went to Greydon King, Scott and Tryon.

With the Georgian Blaze in town for a Monday night game, the Terriers game out skating. Scott opened the scoring in the first but the Blaze wouldn't be outdone, answering back. Josh May's speed was too much for the Blaze and he put the Terriers back on top, just 50 seconds after Scott. Terriers gave themselves a 3 goal lead in the second on goals from Hudson Inglis and Graydon King.  The Blaze added one more to the scorboard but the Terriers held on, with Scott solidifying  a 5-2 win with an empy netter with 26 seconds remaining.  Assists in the game went to King (2), Kyson Campbell (2), Inglis, Brock McKay, Preston Tryon, Jack North and Jackson Long.-written by T.
