Tis the Season for Gving
For the past month, the members of the Julie Emery RBC Mortgages Minor Atom Terriers A team have been doing household chores to earn money to purchase colouring books and crayons to distribute to local children this Christmas. The project, organized by Angie Green-Hill, hoped to raise 500 colouring books and crayons. With the 93 colouring books and 80 packs of crayons donated by the Terriers, the total was brought to 619 colouring books and 538 packs of crayons. At the age of 9, these boys are learning about compassion, empathy, charity, reaching goals, and human kindness. The boys are also ringing the Salvation Army kettlebells this Saturday. Way to go boys!
