2023-24 Sponsorship Information (Orillia Minor Hockey Association)

BACKGROUND

 Over the year’s sponsorship has contributed to the success of Orillia Minor Hockey.  Sponsorship is a factor in allowing the cost of hockey to remain affordable for most children in Orillia and surrounding Townships.


 It has created a “win/win” situation for both Orillia Minor Hockey and the local sponsor.  Hockey benefits from the dollars raised through sponsorship to help offset costs and the sponsor is rewarded by having his/her business name or organization in the media as well as known within the arena setting as a sponsor.


OBJECTIVE – SPONSORSHIP 2023-24


 To provide the potential sponsor with various sponsorship opportunities.


 To provide the sponsor with media exposure.


 To outfit our house league program with local businesses, incorporating business logos and colours. 




REPRESENTATIVE TEAMS


Teams from U8 to U17 who represent Orillia playing at home and away.  Over the years many of these teams have went on to win such prestigious tournaments as the Silver Stick and the All Ontario Finals and Ontario Hockey Federation Championships.

Annual Sponsorship (including sponsor bars) $ 1000.00


HOUSE LEAGUE TEAMS


Teams from U7 to U21. These teams compete against other teams within the same division in Orillia Minor Hockey on a weekly basis.  House League Teams are encouraged to enter at least one outside Tournament per season.  House League is recreational hockey founded on “fun”.


House League jerseys are worn for a period of 3 seasons and as the sponsors logo is sublimated onto the jersey, we ask for a 3 year commitment. Sponsors have the option to pay each year or in one lump sum payment for the 3 year commitment.
