The Orillia Minor Hockey Annual General Meeting will take place on:
Tuesday April 22, 2025 @ 7pm in the meeting room at Rotary Place.
The AGM will include the election of new board executives who will lead our association into the new season.
The following positions will be up for election at the AGM on April 22, 2025:
(All positions are 2 year terms)
- President (must be on Board previous 2 years)
- Vice President (must be on Board previous 2 years)
- Secretary/Treasurer
- Director of Representative
- Director of House League U7-U11
- Director of House League U13-U21
- Director of Education & Development
- Director of Equipment
- Director of Social Media
- Director of Risk Management, Trainers, Diversity & Inclusiveness
- Director

Bylaws
Any member in good standing, that is interested in joining the board, should submit a written, signed & sealed letter of interest including the position you are interested in to the Orillia Minor Hockey Office no later than 4pm on Monday April 14, 2025.
Please slide your envelope under the Hockey office door with "AGM" on the front.
The hockey office is located in Rotary Place in the hallway to the left the entrance by the rock wall.
Your participation at this AGM is vital as we move forward into a new chapter for our association.
This is an important opportunity to have your voice heard and to help shape the direction of our association moving forward. We strongly urge you to attend and participate in selecting individuals who will play a pivotal role in the future of Orillia Minor Hockey.
