As you know, all Coaching Staff, Trainers, Managers, Board Members, On Ice Volunteers and "At Large Volunteers are required under OMHA rules to be screened. This is being done with a Vulnerable Sector Screening (VSS). The Vulnerable Sector Screening will be valid for 3 years but your are required to sign a Declaration for the 2 years after your Vulnerable Sector Screening has been submitted.

There is no cost to either you or the Orillia Minor Hockey Association to have this VSS done but it is your responsibility to have it done and submitted to Jay Lacroix. The following is the Process and Documents Required:
