The Mike Dodd Orillia Minor Hockey Foundation was established to benefit local youth by reducing the cost of playing hockey through a needs-based award. Please complete the following application to be considered for funding for the Orillia Minor Hockey 2025-26 season.
• Recipients must be registered to play for Orillia Minor Hockey
• Recipients must be between the ages of 4 and 18
• Funding is provided for base registration fees only (if child participates in rep or select programs additional fees will be incurred by the families)
• All approvals will be determined by The Mike Dodd Foundation Committee.
All names and information provided in this application will remain anonymous at all times except for the administrative assistant of Orillia Minor Hockey.
Up to 5 awards will be granted for the 2025/26 Season.
