    Police Check - Vulnerable Sector Letter
    Vulnerable Sector Letter along with Police Check Vulnerable Sector Form Check is to be submitted to the local OPP detachment. Do not forget to get a receipt from the local detachment upon submission of the Check. The receipt is to be returned to the hockey office as prove of submission.
