Atom AE - Starport Marina, 2017-2018, REP (Orillia Minor Hockey Association)

After ending the season on a strong note, the Orillia Terriers Atom AE Starport Landing found themselves playing King Rebellion in the first round of the playoffs. Game 1 was a sign of things to come, ending in a 1-1 tie after overtime.  

The Orillia Starport Landing Atom AE team had a great weekend at the Huntsville Otters tournament this past weekend making it all the way to the Bronze medal game vs Mt. Brydges Cougars.  Caleb Sawyer opened the scoring for Orillia in the first period with Gordon Allen scoring Orillia’s 2nd goal.  After battling hard for 3 periods the bronze medal game was tied 2-2. Overtime showed some exciting back and forth 4 on 4 hockey where the Terriers lost the hard fought battle with only 4 seconds left on the clock in overtime.
