Minor Peewee A Terriers win 5 straight

The Jim Wilson’s Minor Peewee Orillia Terriers keep on rolling as they won the past three games straight.  Orillia first traveled to Bradford to face off against the Bulldogs.  Orillia jumped out to an early lead when Ethan Telford snipped a goal from the faceoff circle.   Orillia’s offence seem to come alive after that as Cohen Robitaille, Connor Varley, Marcus Petroff and Devin Fisher all put pucks past the duo of Bulldog goalies in a 6-1 victory.  Chase Beiers and Lukas Hagman were solid playing defence for the Terriers, while Ryker Jacobs was in net for the win.
Orillia then hosted the King Rebellion in their final meeting of the regular season.  The match was a back and forth affair that saw both teams exchange goals early.  Petroff, Robitaille, Fisher and Tommy Goard sparked the offence for the Terriers, while Ethan Telford chipped in a pair of helpers.  The defence duo of Cameron Weishar and Max McKay were solid all game.  Connor Sampson shut the door for the Terriers as they won 4-3.
Orillia traveled to Markham to take on the Waxers.  The Terriers came out flying as the line of Bennett Mackey, Nathan Healy and Goard were unstoppable.  Mackey had the stands throwing caps as he potted 3 goals past the Markham keepers, while his linemates both contributed multiple points.  Hunter McLaughlin and Jordan Blunt also found the net in the affair as Orillia won 7-2. Eric Taher’s defence stymied the Waxer offence all night.
Orillia battled Richmond Hill Stars this past weekend at home looking to avenge from their last loss against the Stars.  Orillia came out strong as Petroff netted a pair of goals off of Robitaille assists and added the hat-trick marker in the empty net.  Healy also found the net with one of his own.  Fisher, Varley, Mackey and Telford all got helpers in the offence.  The entire defencecore was strong all afternoon.  Jacobs got both victories in net.
Orillia hosted the EG Eagles on Tuesday night in a frosty Brian Orser rink.  Orillia dominated the affair as Hunter McLaughlin netted a hat-trick and added an assist in a 5-1 win.  Weishar netted his first as an Orillia Terrier and Varley rounded out the scoring.  Beiers made several big defence plays in the game and Sampson’s late game stops sealed the victory.
